Ashley Hill is originally from Alabama and received her Bachelors of Psychology from Spring Hill College in 2014. She received her Masters in Social Work from the University of West Florida in 2016 and has been practicing as an Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate since. Her previous background includes working with children, families, couples and adults to foster a wrap around approach using Family Systems Theory. She has extensive background implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and Child Parent Relationship Therapy in her practice. Past experience has also included working with those with substance abuse, co-occurring disorders and trauma. Ashley has assisted her clients in fostering positive and expressive communication, assisting clients with parenting techniques, anxiety, depression, ADD, ADHD and more. She values a welcoming open environment in her sessions where client needs are heard and she believes working with the client as a team to achieve their goals set forth is key in building a therapeutic relationship.
