Mental health care is an eligible expense. Use your HSA or FSA card directly, just like any other healthcare visit.
Out-of-network superbill
If your insurance has OON benefits, we provide a monthly superbill you can submit for partial reimbursement.
Self-pay, answered.
Why would someone choose to pay out-of-pocket?
A few reasons. Some clients want care that isn’t in their insurance record. Some have high-deductible plans where self-pay ends up similar. And some want a specific clinician we don’t credential with their plan. We support whatever fits your situation.
Can I submit my paid invoice to my insurance?
Yes. We provide a monthly superbill with all the codes your insurer needs for out-of-network reimbursement. We can’t guarantee what your plan will pay back, but most clients with OON benefits recover 40–80% of what they paid.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is collected at the time of service.
Is there a cancellation fee?
We ask for 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged a $100 fee.
