Common questions
What is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)?
An IOP is a structured level of care with more frequent group and individual sessions than weekly therapy. It supports your recovery while you continue living at home and keeping up with daily life.
What therapies do you use?
Evidence-based approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based approaches — tailored to your needs.
Can my family be involved?
Yes. Addiction affects loved ones too, so we offer family counseling and support alongside individual care.
Do you do DWI assessments?
DWI assessments are coming soon. Call us at (919) 585-5085 and we’ll let you know as soon as they’re available.
