We match you with the best therapist to meet your needs so you can define and reach your goals

Everyone can reach their goals. Sometimes it just takes a little guidance and support to get there.

Therapy is a unique and intimate relationship, and we recognize the many feelings and the stigma associated with reaching out for guidance and support whether it’s for an individual, a child or teen, or for an entire family.

Horizon Integrated Wellness Group would be happy to schedule a virtual counseling session at your convenience. If you prefer an in-person session, visit our offices in Raleigh or Cary.

We are solutions-based practice and believe that everyone has the innate ability to reach their goals.

Let us help you reach yours.

Children’s Therapy

Play therapy is to children what counseling is to adults. Play therapy uses play to help a child express their feelings more easily through toys instead of words. Play therapy is the most appropriate method of treatment for children who are having difficulties coping with life situations. Though children lack the cognitive skills to express themselves with words, they are fluent in the language of play.

Adolescent Therapy

As teens mature physically, so do their emotional and social needs. Our trained adolescent therapists work collaboratively with teens to build emotional identification/intelligence so they can develop the coping skills and strategies necessary to improve their self-esteem and well-being – in school, online and with social media, in everyday life, when confronted by peer pressure, or when dealing with family matters.

Individual Therapy

Traditional therapy that is one-on-one between a client and a therapist. Counseling provides people with the opportunity to explore their feelings and thoughts with a trained mental health professional.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is a type of counseling that assists families in improving their relationships by identifying problems, issues, and family members’ emotional needs. Family therapy may include all members of a family and generally improves communication and understanding of one another.
