Out of Network

If your insurance is out of network and you still want to use it, we will be happy to assist you with the reimbursement process.

Cancelation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A $100 fee is charged for missed appointments and for appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance.
