Specializes in Clinical Social Worker and Child & Adolescent Therapist
Toni Kittrell is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who earned a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She has extensive experience supporting individuals and families across inpatient psychiatric care, community-based programs, and school-based settings.
Toni works with clients ages 8 and up, helping them build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and create meaningful change. She collaborates with children and adolescents facing behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, school-related stress, social challenges, and adjustment to family changes. With adults, Toni provides support for managing depression, trauma, relationship issues, identity concerns, self-esteem, stress and burnout, parenting challenges, and life transitions. Her person-centered approach prioritizes a trusting relationship and a safe, nonjudgmental space tailored to each client’s goals.
Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and solution-focused techniques, she helps clients manage symptoms, connect with personal values, and develop practical coping strategies.
Whether working with children, teens, adults, or families, Toni’s goal is to empower each client to feel understood, supported, and capable of growth.
Outside of therapy, Toni enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
