Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Group Therapy

Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Groups

Our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) groups provide a supportive, confidential, and nonjudgmental space for individuals navigating the challenges of substance use and recovery. These groups are designed to help participants build insight into their substance use patterns, explore underlying emotional and behavioral issues, and develop healthier coping strategies.

Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed care, group sessions focus on topics including relapse prevention, stress management, emotional regulation, peer support, and building a recovery-oriented lifestyle. Groups may also include expressive arts, mindfulness, and somatic tools to support whole-person healing.

Participants are encouraged to share experiences, learn from others, and set personal goals in a safe and empowering environment. Whether individuals are at the beginning of their recovery journey or maintaining long-term sobriety, SUD groups aim to foster connection, accountability, and lasting change.

Weekly Groups are held:
